Mitsubishi just released a brand-new app for iPhones giving customers access to roadside assistance

The Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance app, available for free from Apple’s iTunes, allows customers to access immediate roadside aid for common vehicle problems.
This new app works in conjunction with Mitsubishi Motors’ Roadside Assistance Partner, Agero. Together, the app gives immediate assistance for common problems including a flat tire, lock-out assistance, fuel delivery, a jump start or even a tow to the nearest authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealership if needed.
If a customer who downloads the app does come across a situation where they need assistance, he or she will open the app on their iPhone and select the type of service they need. The app will then use GPS-enabled technology to find the customer’s exact location. A call center consultant will confirm that the customer’s vehicle identification number is eligible for services, as well as confirm the vehicle location and the type of service required for the customer.
The Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance app will provide the name, phone number and other details relating to the roadside assistance service provider while the customer waits for assistance. The app will also alert the customer five minutes before the roadside assistance service provider is expected to arrive.
