TROY, Mich. – Do you buy, sell or stay? That is the question facing many homeowners during this rollercoaster economy. If you are wondering what you should do, be sure to join Michigan Design Center (MDC) on Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for their Buy, Sell or Stay event.
This information packed day will help Michigan homeowners gain a stronger understanding of all of their options and will provide many ideas that will inspire them to make the most of any decision. Tickets are just $10 per person and include a keynote presentation, all of the home design seminars and Interior Design consultations by professional interior designers. This event will be offered throughout the designer showrooms of Michigan Design Center located at 1700 Stutz Drive in Troy. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The event will begin with a keynote presentation at 10:30 am, entitled THE REAL STATE OF REAL ESTATE – an insider’s view of our current marketplace. Join William Brundage of Max Broock Realtors as he shares an insider’s view on the condition of our local real estate market and provides professional tips on things to consider whether you are buying, selling or staying.
In addition to highlighting opportunities that do exist in our current marketplace, William will be joined by three builder / architect teams that will share actual case scenarios of three currently listed properties at varying price levels.
These home builder / architect teams will share the design challenges that existed and will reveal their process, project costs and overall recommendations as to the best solutions for improving each home, while staying competitive with the local marketplace. The three teams include:
