Ms. Krebs brings with her extensive expertise in HR management, service delivery transformation, and vendor selection and negotiation. Ms. Krebs has served across a variety of industries, including energy utilities, automotive, defense, transportation, and healthcare.

Prior to being named partner, Ms. Krebs served as a director at ScottMadden specializing in HR and environmental, health, and safety shared services design and implementation, operations improvement, business process redesign, assessments and solution planning, and organization sizing and design.

Prior to joining ScottMadden in 2002, Ms. Krebs was a consulting reservoir engineer at Shell Oil Company working on international and deepwater oil fields. Ms. Krebs earned an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Fuqua Fellow, and a B.S. in chemical engineering with a minor in chemistry and math from Florida State University.
