Since the search feature on the old site was something that the people complained about a lot, the new search feature of the site will be much more efficient and will give fast and efficient results. The handling of the customer requests which is also know as a citizen response system will also be fast and efficient on the new site, along with the section on bid solicitation and other procurement.
However Lopez still can’t guarantee that the new website is going to improve the information across the board, since the information, such as public meeting material for instance, will only be posted when the staff in charge of any particular meeting make it happen.
