In conjunction with IBM, the contract has revolutionised Defraâ€™s approach to printing at more than 170 sites across the UK, providing enhanced operational efficiency, reduced costs, greater budgetary control and environmental benefits including CO2 savings of 47%. In addition, Defra has been able to rationalise its printer fleet down from 1384 to 548 devices delivering significant cost savings in hardware, consumables, maintenance and space.
