Judith is the executive director and founder of Interregnum: Services for Loss and Life Transition. Under the Interregnum umbrella, Judith has created programs that help people learn to embrace loss as a life process.
Offering comfort, knowledge and hope, Interregnum’s programs include “Mourning Light,” a multi session grief support program, “My Feelings Book,” a workbook for grieving children, and “Hearts of Hope,” a program that distributes hand-painted hearts and personal letters to those in need.

She has a private practice in Manhattan, NY specializing in grief and loss. She is also author of “Teen Grief Relief” and “Real Men Do Cry”. She holds graduate degrees from the University of San Francisco, Columbia University, and Loyola University.
