Online PR News – 25-August-2012 – Falkirk – Aberdeen's most shopped destination is bringing top electrical brands Currys and PC World back on board after both signed a 10-year lease with the Bon Accord & St Nicholas Centres to open a new concept store on site. Currys and PC World are owned by Dixons Retail, one of Europe's largest electrical retailers.
Opening later this year, the store will be leasing a 4186 sq ft unit at a rent of £200,000 per annum.
The signing of the popular electronics brand comes on the back of a number of new lettings for Bon Accord and St Nicholas which is owned by the Scottish Retail Property Limited Partnership (a joint venture between Land Securities and British Land).
Last month the centre announced that affordable clothing chain Internacionale and greetings card shop The Card Factory will soon be opening. American snack outlet Mr Pretzel also recently opened at the shopping destination.
This builds on the arrival of leading food brands Yo! Sushi, Di Maggio's, Prêt a Manger and Café Rouge which recently joined the centres' new look food terrace, created as part of the recent £8 million refurbishment of Bon Accord & St Nicholas.

Bon Accord & St Nicholas is home to a number of stores unique to Aberdeen, including John Lewis, Swarovski, River Island, Karen Millen, Kurt Geiger, Lipsy, The Body Shop, Hobbs and Jo Malone and Scotland's largest Next.
