Collaborative House, an interior design firm specializing in creating interiors for affordable housing companies in Los Angeles completes Parkview on The Park. The project is for Seniors and veterans & includes a cyber cafe, Community Rooms, and Library for its residents.
Online PR News – 15-August-2012 – Los Angeles, California – Collaborative House announces the final installation on the interiors of the Parkview on the Park development for Seniors. The Gut rehab will provide 79 fully furnished, modernized, efficiency units, each with a full kitchen and full bath and approximately 8,000 square feet of on site social services and community space. One of the outstanding features of this project is the orientation of the 4,000 square feet of common area in the building. Every floor will feature common areas strategically located at the front of the building overlooking the historic and expansive MacArthur Park.
Suzanne Furst, the interior designer, selected to design the interiors stated, "Every aspect of the residents needs was thought of in our interior design collaboration. From the size of furniture for ease of sitting and standing, to the fabrics selected from the latest in heatlhcare design products were used to create a warm, friendly, environment that feels safe and home like."
The interiors feature a beautiful library, community rooms on each floor, a cybernet cafe, and garden areas for the residents.
