Pearl Academy of Fashion organizes Sports Extravaganza

Students, Faculty and Staff Members participated in the rendezvous of sports for fun

Online PR News – 08-March-2010 – – New Delhi, March 08, 2010: Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF), a premier Fashion and Design institute in the country, organized a Sports Extravaganza for fun, which took place on Saturday, March 06, 2010 at Hari Nagar Sports Complex. The event was open for all students, faculty and staff members of the institute.

Many students and all faculty and staff members participated with great zeal and enthusiasm in different events held to promote unity and team spirits through sports activities like pithu garam, Kho – kho, tug of war, sack race, three legged race and lemon race. Also a cricket match has been organised amidst huge fun and excitement.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. A. K. G. Nair, Group Director, Pearl Academy of Fashion, said, “We are very happy to organize this sporting event involving the students, teachers and staff members of Pearl Academy of Fashion. This initiative is meant to enhance the relationship between each member associated with the institute. Also it is meant as a platform to showcase each of our individual talent apart from our regular learning or teaching activities.”

Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) is a leading fashion and design institute with international presence. From an institute, which started with 47 students in 1993, the Academy currently has over 1600 students on its roll in its state-of-the-art campuses in Delhi, Jaipur and Chennai within India and in Dhaka and UAE abroad.
