One of the new CNA certification classes opened recently in Margate. Florida is headed by an experienced nurse educator and will boost your chances of succeeding in the nursing career.

Online PR News – 19-July-2012 – Margate – New CNA certification classes open up in every and nook and corner of America owing to the demand for nursing assistant; one such nursing school opened up recently in a mall in Margate, FL. Eileen O'Reggio, the founder of this CNA certification training center said that she was concerned about the fate of students in the exams of registered nurses, so she cross checked with nursing assistant programs to find that the situation was similar. So she decided to use her expertise in the nursing field to train and prepare students for the CNA certificate exam.

The O'Reggio Technical training institute got the approval from the state health department to train students for nurse aide exam and its first batch started with four students on July 11, 2012. At present the cost of training is $850 and the founder is looking forward to get the center registered as a non-profit organization. By doing so the institute can get government grants and the training cost could decrease or can be offered free of cost.

As the institute grows O'Reggio plans to offer other nursing programs so that the passing rate in Florida improves. The passing rate of registered nurses in the state was 88 percent in 2011 and the founder of this institute says that the problem lies in the training method. She believes that if training is provided in a student friendly manner to improve the passing rate.

Another problem stated by O'Reggio is that students go for RN programs without knowing how tough the nursing job is and so is the exam. She plans to make a perfect career advancement ladder for her students. As per this plan the students will start with the starting level job of nurse aide and once the institute gets the license to teach for higher nursing programs, she will train students to be practical nurse and then registered nurse. Like all experts in the field O'Reggio also believe that this is the best path for a nursing career and the students will surely succeed if this path is followed.

Thus, CNA certification is the first hurdle which students must get through to start a nursing career. You need to check the requirements of CNA certification in Florida before you get started, however, O'Reggio is a very experienced nurse educator and if you follow the path laid down by her students have a better chance of succeeding. The plan to provide training for the nursing career in a step by step way is perfect and very effective and it will ensure higher passing rates for students.
