Dr. Mahendra Narwaria, the OSSI President said, “India a diverse country and as part of this diversity we face almost the same range of problems of morbid obesity and metabolic disorders. We are fast reaching the stage to be named the ‘Diabetes capital of the world’. The enthusiasm for Obesity & Metabolic Surgery is fast increasing amongst most Surgeons adept at minimal invasive techniques. Dr. Pradeep Chowbey and his team with all executives of OSSI aim to lay a scientific feast for you during the World Congress of IFSO from 11th to 15th September, 2012 at New Delhi, India.”
