Emporio Armani hosts summer event to launch summer advertising campaign.

On June 19th, stars dressed in Emporio Armani or Giorgio Armani, including BBC Radio 1’s Greg James and Amber le Bon, turned out to the high fashion brand’s event held in the secret garden of its New Bond Street store.
Guests were entertained with live music from Delilah, Friendly Fires and Kyla La Grange. Rizzle Kicks also performed a DJ set during the evening.
Alongside musical entertainment, Emporio Armani also used the secret garden party event to celebrate the summer, as EA7 Emporio Armani are providing the Italian Olympic team with their kit for the London 2012 Olympic games.
The season has been named a ‘summer of sport’ and the brand unveiled their summer global advertising campaign, ‘The Sense of Being’, which features seven top athletes . A gallery of past sporting champions was also exhibited, with images taken from the Giorgio Armani ‘Faces of Sport’ book.
The guests were treated to champagne and canapés, before their main course of seared tuna, ricotta and tomato. Raspberry tartlets were on the menu for dessert.
