“I have been blessed in my life to do my two biggest passions professionally,” said Rony Seikaly. “I love music and am lucky that I am in a position where I can help others through the sale of something I love. The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center is a phenomenal organization and I’m thrilled to be able to help them continue their work.”

Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center opened in 1992 to provide comprehensive cancer services to the South Florida community. Together with the 40-bed inpatient hospital, UMHC – University of Miami Hospital & Clinics, Sylvester/UMHC serves as the hub for cancer diagnosis and treatment for UHealth – University of Miami Health System. In 2003, Sylvester expanded its cancer services to patients in Broward and Palm Beach with the opening of Sylvester at Deerfield Beach. A third facility, Sylvester at Kendall, was opened in 2009 to serve patients in southern Miami-Dade county. Since its founding, Sylvester has transformed cancer research and treatment in South Florida and beyond.

Nervous Nitelife Presents Rony Seikaly contains 70% of Seikaly’s original production and starts off with the Rony Seikaly and Jean Claudes Ades remix of Seikaly’s own “Mood That I Love;” A vocal house track that’s the perfect vibe for that time when the sun drops jut below the horizon and you know the party’s about to kick into high gear. It’s seamlessly mixed into the warm and bubbly Fabo feat. Angela Sheik “Can't Decide” and Seikaly’s driving the “Playa” before Lazaro Cazanova enters with his airy “Miami Vice feat. Amy Douglas (Julien Sandre Remix).” Next, a trifecta of Seikaly’s own original tracks hit consecutively and as the names imply (“Bring It On,” Build Up The Volume” and You Can Feel It”) it’s all about building the intensity.

The second half of the mix commences with Saarid’s wobbly “Future Lately feat. Javi (Walker & Royce Remix)” which leads into the thick rubber band basslines of Seikaly’s own “Desert Night’s” and his most punishing track of the mix, “Illusion.” Next, a gorgeous instrumental, “Watergate” sets the stage for a grand exit with Seikaly’s “Maro,” “Empty Days” and Catz 'N Dogz Remix of John Davis & The Monster Orchestra “Bourgie Bourgie.”

This summer, Seikaly will begin residencies at LIO in Ibiza and REVEL in Atlantic City, all while celebrating the release of his first compilation on Nervous Records, Nervous Nitelife Presents Rony Seikaly, which was released on June 5th.
