The first Puppet Camp in Germany is taking place on October, 19th 2012.
Online PR News – 20-June-2012 – Nuremberg December 18th, 2012 – The Puppet Camp is a gathering of users and developers of the open source Puppet configuration management software. The camp offers participants information about current developments and experience and it provides a framework for networking with a large group of developers and Puppet user.
The event is aimed to both experienced Puppet user as well as beginners and developers.
After a few puppet camps in the USA, UK, Sweden and the Netherlands now Germany makes its debut on October, 19th
Puppet Labs and NETWAYS are hosting the one-day event together after this year's Open Source Monitoring Conference (October 17th till 18th ) and will design the program.
A special highlight is the keynote of Luke Kanies, creator of Puppet and Puppet Labs CEO. Conference participants will get first-hand information about the current state of development and a glimpse of the coming versions. Together with other colleagues from Puppet Labs, top speakers will cover topics about development, best practices and innovations in puppet.
The Puppet Camp has currently an open call for papers. Interested speakers have the possibility to submit their proposals for lectures by E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org .
