This screen will enable you to keep the record of real time visitors. You can always invite them for chat through live chat software. It just works like desktop or web apps. Chat application on facebook can also be utilized. It is always very handy and important to keep the records of real time visitors; this will not only give you an idea of traffic flow but you can also instantly pitch the customers for your services. The real time traffic monitor screen shows the following information:

Invite status/manual invitation option

On bottom bar, there is a notification icon which is displayed on chats; it will keep the record for new messages.

Chat Screen
The best thing about chat screen is that you can chat with multiple visitors’ simultaneously. You can use canned responses for prompt responses. Chat screen has advanced features, you can transfer and email chat transcript.

There is a Plus + sign right next to it which opens up the responses list so that you answer quickly to your customers. There is a slider which navigates between chats, a red notification keeps you updated about the new messages on other chats. Finally there is an action icon which is responsible for email transcript, transfer chat, invite another operator and last but not the least end chat.
