Landmark Properties announces the debut of New York State’s 1st All-American Home - The official launch celebration and groundbreaking event is slated for Thursday, June 28th. State, county, and local officials will be in attendance for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This 2000 square foot ranch will be situated on a picturesque cul de sac in East Moriches, NY. The Americana will be the first home in New York built entirely from American-made materials.
