This cottage is 1,980 square feet with 891 square feet on the first floor, 891 square feet on the second floor and 198 square foot loft. The first floor has a living area, dining area, bedroom, full bath and a mud and laundry room. The second floor contains two bedrooms with walk-in closets and a full bath.
