The All Inclusive Collection's New Hard Rock Hotels Boosts its Hygiene Standards in Mexico

The All Inclusive Collection has reinforced its commitment to exceed the highest standard of health and safety, signing a contract with Check Safety First.

Online PR News – 12-June-2012 – 11th June – The All Inclusive Collection – the brand that is shifting the sands of the all inclusive vacation experience - has reinforced its commitment to exceed the highest standard of health and safety, signing a contract with Check Safety First. Owned and operated by the premier brand, its three, soon to be converted, Hard Rock hotels in Mexico are working with Check Safety First to maintain exceptional food hygiene standards. The premier brand’s contract includes work at the anticipated Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

Check Safety First’s online E-Cristal risk management system is being used at the three properties to provide support in food safety. The system is based on the recognised hygiene management method, HACCP, helping each hotel monitor and manage critical areas of a kitchen to ensure that risks are reduced and quality standards are exceeded. E-Cristal will be used on an ongoing basis to ensure that food hygiene targets are met regularly.

The three all inclusive properties were recently announced as the first Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico. Having already worked with Check Safety First at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the contract with the All Inclusive Collection represents a commitment to provide the highest standard of quality and safety for its guests across its luxurious resorts.

Frank Maduro, Vice President of Marketing for the All Inclusive Collection explains, “The opening of the all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Cancun, Vallarta and Riviera Maya is an exciting move for our company. To ensure that the wellbeing of our patrons is taken seriously, Check Safety First has helped us attain the highest level of consideration in terms of our food and beverage program. Its E-Cristal solution provides an effective way of ensuring that standards are met consistently across the All Inclusive Collection portfolio.”

Mark Harrington, CEO at Check Safety First, said, “We are extremely pleased to be extending our relationship with the All Inclusive Collection to work with its impressive new properties in Mexico. Working with these three hotels before they are fully re-branded into Hard Rock properties ensures that health and safety is treated as a priority with all staff aware of key areas that need to be monitored regularly. The All Inclusive Collection has a fantastic reputation to maintain and we are excited to be part of their ambitions plans.”

The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta are both anticipated to open in August 2012 with the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya to be unveiled in early 2013.

Exclusively marketed by the All Inclusive Collection, the three properties are owned and operated by an affiliate of the company pursuant to license agreements from Hard Rock International.
