Owned and operated by the premier brand, its three, soon to be converted, Hard Rock hotels in Mexico are working with Check Safety First to maintain exceptional food hygiene standards. The premier brand’s contract includes work at the anticipated Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.
Check Safety First’s online E-Cristal risk management system is being used at the three properties to provide support in food safety. The system is based on the recognised hygiene management method, HACCP, helping each hotel monitor and manage critical areas of a kitchen to ensure that risks are reduced and quality standards are exceeded. E-Cristal will be used on an ongoing basis to ensure that food hygiene targets are met regularly.
The three all inclusive properties were recently announced as the first Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico. Having already worked with Check Safety First at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the contract with the All Inclusive Collection represents a commitment to provide the highest standard of quality and safety for its guests across its luxurious resorts.

The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta are both anticipated to open in August 2012 with the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya to be unveiled in early 2013.
Exclusively marketed by the All Inclusive Collection, the three properties are owned and operated by an affiliate of the company pursuant to license agreements from Hard Rock International.
