The Restaurant Will Offer Three Private Dinin Rooms and an Exclusive Chef's Table
Online PR News – 12-April-2012 – Sacramento, Calif. – Sacramento (April 12, 2012) – Opening this winter, Seasons 52, the highly acclaimed fresh grill and wine bar restaurant, will be located at Sacramento’s popular Arden Fair Mall on Arden Way near the city’s business district. The restaurant will be located at the front of the Mall on the Lower Level where Fresh Choice was formerly positioned, and will create approximately 100 jobs in the area.
Seasons 52 at Arden Fair Mall will feature a warm, welcoming ambiance with rich mahogany accents and a custom-built wine cellar with seating in the casually sophisticated dining room and in the piano bar which features live music nightly. Additionally, the restaurant will offer three private dining rooms and an exclusive Chef’s Table. Guests will be offered seasonally-inspired dining choices by knowledgeable servers at lunch and dinner or while enjoying a cocktail or glass of wine when they visit this shopping destination – known for its vibrant lifestyle experiences.

At Seasons 52 – known for its seasonally inspired fresh approach to dining – notable menu selections include: Steak and Cremini Mushroom Flatbread, Cedar Plank Salmon, Caramelized Sea Scallops and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Menus change four times a year with weekly specialties that truly capture the flavors of the season. Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, from its signature flatbreads and appetizers, to all entrees and its popular Mini Indulgence desserts.
In addition, the award-winning wine list created by Master Sommelier George Miliotes features a diverse international selection of 100 wines, including over 52 choices offered by the glass, as well as organic wines and an ever-changing list of “Drink Them Before They’re Famous.”
In August 2010, the first Seasons 52 restaurant opened in Southern California at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. Two more restaurants will be opening in Southern California in Fall 2012, at Palisades Promenade in downtown Santa Monica and Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles.
