CinnamonChic is a new deal site dedicated to Multicultural Women. The site offers exclusive deals on unique products and services reflecting the diverse and multicultural flavor of the your area.

"There is no daily deal site out there that captures the essence of our demographic“, said founder Khalilah Heshimu El-Amin. “We are targeting women of color and celebrating her diversity. El-Amin decided to launch the site to tap into a large, rapidly growing, but under-served market. “The purchasing power of African-Americans, Asians, Native Americans, and Hispanics together wield formidable economic clout that shouldn’t be ignored. The buying power of these minority groups is expected to exceed 3.5 trillion by 2014, and online shopping which has increased dramatically within these communities, is a large portion of these dollars.”

As their tagline says, CinnamonChic offers exclusive deals on glam products but with a multicultural flair. El-Amin also sees CinnamonChic helping minority business owners by featuring these businesses, their products and services to a larger target audience. “We are hoping to tap into a niche market that many of the daily deal sites don’t really understand, and as such, have simply ignored“, said El-Amin. “We are not only going after a demographic, we are going after a culture. CinnamonChic.com launched its first deal on April 1st, 2012. The site features national deals by online and web-based merchants,
and local deals by brick-and-mortar merchants in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. And, perhaps the best deal of all, membership is free. Khalilah Heshimu El-Amin, Founder of CinnamonChic, is a 34-year-old resident of Pasadena, California. She received her BA Degree from Spelman College and her MBA from the University of La Verne.
