FlexiDry Floor Screeds are to be installed at the new development of The Lancasters overlooking Hyde Park in London.
Online PR News – 17-February-2010 – – The Lancasters, a development of 77 luxury apartments overlooking London's Hyde Park, is being constructed behind the listed facade of the former Lancaster Gate Thistle Hotel. The architectural design of the building was completed by renowned experts in residential property Nilsson Architects Ltd.
It's full circle for the buildings, originally built as 15houses before their subsequent conversion to a hotel. The return to residential use will be completed during 2010, providing beautifully appointed homes with high ceilings and stunning park views.

A very important consideration with this type of refurbishment project.
FlexiDry Floor Screeds will be installed initially in the show apartments in early February and then in the remaining apartments as the project rolls out.
When completed, the Lancasters will feature a Cote d'Azur style garden with underground spa leisure complex, and basement parking for residents.
