She handles client relations, strategic planning, account management, media relations, message evaluation, tracking and measurement, corporate social responsibility programs and social media engagement.

Ludwig is a Hepatitis B Foundation 2012 Crystal Ball Committee member and serves as chair of her church's Mission Commission. Ludwig graduated from Susquehanna University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in public relations.
