The Co-operative Financial Services selects Sinequa to develop colleague efficiency, facilitate collaboration and improve customer service

Sinequa CS securely connects to data sources (including SharePoint and file systems) allowing the different business units (Marketing, Retail Bank, General Insurance and Life & Savings.) within CFS to easily find and share information depending on their user profile and access rights. Users can perform simple keyword searches in natural language and Sinequa CS, with its patented linguistic and semantic technology, will automatically retrieve related documents regardless of format (Office, PDF, HTML) and classify them by categories (subject experts, company names and related themes), allowing users to filter and refine their searches. Sinequa CS will foster collaboration and enhance the working environment of CFS colleagues by improving their ability to work together.
