CMD Monish Gujral shared his views and vision for Moti Mahal Delux during the opening of new restaurant by saying that he wants to take the Indian culinary to a whole new echelon on the world’s map and to proliferate the Indian food industry as much as possible.

India’s most famous restaurants and the forerunner of tandoori cuisine, was the first Indian restaurant to introduce Tandoori cuisine to the world. Moti Mahal was first set up in Peshawar in 1920, and trailed to Delhi in 1947 following the partition.
