RDArchitects have opened a new office in the heart of the Capital
Online PR News – 11-January-2012 – – RDArchitects London opens for business.
RDArchitects have expended their area of operations by opening a new office in the heart of the capital. The London office officially opened for business in January of this year.
RDArchitects have always worked with a number of London based clients; the new office will enable them to strengthen ties with these clients and enable them to seek new opportunities in what is still a buoyant market.
Head of office Steve Rayner said “In many respects London hasn’t been touched by the property recession. The high end residential sector in particular has remained strong and if anything has got stronger over the past couple of years. Many people see London as a safe haven free of the uncertainty surrounding some economies. This is one area that we will be targeting."
RDArchitects have recently been commissioned to assist with the refurbishment of an apartment block in Chelsea, working with a London based interior designer, and a number of similar commissions are in the pipeline.
RDArchitects also act as expert witnesses, often in matters involving litigation. Steve Rayner said, “it is a sad fact of life that many developments are built with too much haste and little regard to quality. Inevitably these properties quickly show their age and defects start to appear well before they should. Working with our clients lawyers we are able to assist in reporting on these issues."
The office, which is located on Gray’s Inn Road, will be working alongside their two existing offices in Nottingham and Kent.
