Celebration Media’s dedicated team of researchers spend more than 18,000 hours analyzing customer experiences and rating each company or professional using its star rating system, CMUS Power Ratings™ to determine the award winners. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the award.
The updated website includes a brand-new, consumer-friendly “Ratings Finder” feature and a list of featured businesses with links to their websites. Additionally, a news section offers the latest press releases on award-winning businesses, and a comprehensive testimonials page provides input from past Talk of the Town Award winners. An all-new “Frequently Asked Questions” page is also available.
