This then paves the way to the three forms of compensation:

1. 4% Commission When Client Becomes an EllicottVillas Owner. If a realtor’s client purchases a one-sixth fraction, the realtor receives a minimum $4,000 referral bonus on closing of fractions ranging in price from $99k to $139k (so in the case of a $99k fraction, the realtor receives slightly higher than a 4% commission).

2. $1,000 Commission When an Associate Realtor’s Client Becomes an Owner. If you introduce another realtor to the program and their client purchases a fraction, the ‘introducing’ realtor receives a $1,000 bonus.

3. Getaway Bonuses. Lastly, registered realtors will receive a free two-night stay at EllicottVillas following their first client purchase and a one-week stay at a partner resort, located throughout the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean, after their third client purchase.
