New Delhi, December 7th 2011: Franchise India 2011, the 9th edition of Asia’s Biggest Franchise & Retail Opportunity Show held at Hotel Ashok on December 2nd and 3rd 2011 has concluded successfully. The show organized by Franchise India and Bloomberg UTV, supported by LIMA (International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Indian Franchise Association (IFA) received tremendous response from exhibitors, delegates and visitors.

Franchise India 2011 Show marked the presence of over 300 national and International companies for business engagement in India. Spanning over two days, FRANCHISE INDIA 2011 expo was visited by more than 27,000 people who explored business opportunities from all across the franchise and retail sectors, both from India and overseas. The comprehensive showcase also featured IFA Frantalk specially devised and organized by IFA, the session put forth the principals of franchising and the opportunities it offers.
The show included a comprehensive Exhibition covering all the industries extensively with massive domestic and international participation, informative and enlightening Conference & Workshops, with prominent international and national speakers to impart knowledge, Power Breakfast, seeking growth for stakeholders, an elite Networking Night, and the highly prestigious Franchise Awards 2011 and Star Retailer Awards, to recognize the excellence in franchise & retail industries. The Gala Franchise & Star Retailer Award included significant international dance performances and amusing artist Manasi Scott on the board. Alongside the presence of leading franchise companies at the exhibition, the platform also featured four conferences that ran on both days of the show, bringing together over august 150 speakers.
