Even during a recession, driving schools comparison website Choosy Learner just keep growing. Now, one year on, they are bigger and better than ever before!
Online PR News – 26-January-2010 – – The first year of business for ChoosyLearner.com has been a great success. This success is partly due to rapid growth - thanks to over 500 driving schools and driving instructors who have registered to provide individual quotes for their driving courses and lessons.
All learner drivers have to do is enter their details on the website (completely free of charge), then a small selection of registered Choosy Learner driving instructors provide the pupils with quotes for their driving lesson prices and also to answer any specific questions regarding the lessons that they offer.
Managing Director (and also driving instructor), Alan Wilson, in response to what he believed was an area that was often being exploited by larger marketing companies who had little authentic interest in the driver training industry, created the site. Alan’s approach has been to keep costs down for registered driving schools and instructors, meaning that these savings can be partly passed on to pupils and partly to simply avoid shelling out, in some cases, extortionate prices for franchises and advertising costs.
Alan says, “As a driving instructor, I know how important it is to keep a constant supply of pupils. Unfortunately, there is not many services out there that are either cost effective and/or that work. Our company has, I believe, provided the solution – and of course I would not create a system that I wouldn’t be happy to use myself.”
“We have had great feedback from driving schools and driving instructors – and, even without the feedback, the growth has also been a testimony to that fact that the system works well for driving schools and pupils alike.”
Even in the midst of a recession, the company has continued to grow. On average, around 10 driving instructors registered each week throughout 2009 to supply learner drivers with quotes for driving lessons.
So, all I can say is ‘Many Happy Returns!’ & ‘Keep up the good work!’
