Coast to coast tour starts June 16th with fully sustainable mobile displays
Online PR News – 10-December-2011 – – June 16th will mark the launch of the 2009 National Clean Air Green Tour, a mobile marketing initiative that will visit more than more than 40 states and 60 high profile events across the United States to educate consumers on the latest advances in sustainability. The tour will give visitors hands-on experience with well-known brands that support environmental awareness.
The sixth annual tour features a state-of-the-art 42 foot biodiesel motor coach equipped with solar power backup power and will travel more than 30,000 miles. The tour will stop at well-known retailers, as well as several festivals such as Cherry Festival, Maine Lobster Festival and many others providing visitors with information on ways to maintain a green lifestyle.
The tour will feature a giveaway for great prizes such as gift cards, green IPAD2, reusable shopping bags and many brand samples from sponsors. Visitors can register for the giveaway via interactive kiosks at tour stops or online at cleanairgreentour.com after June 1st, winner will be announced at tour’s conclusion in September.
At the tour, visitors will be able to see our newest interactive displays and receive free samples along with coupons. At select locations we will be handing out trees and giving mini seminars on organic gardening. All displays are powered with solar, wind and biodiesel.
In addition to distributing information and materials at all stops, the tour is also sponsoring our NEW Community Urban Garden Program where local volunteers will gather to build a new urban community garden. Cities involved in this program include Chicago, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Philadelphia and Boston.
