We understand that supply chains are complex networks involving multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. It is by unlocking this complexity and identifying where value is created and lost in the network that Corven delivers sustainable step changes in cost reduction and supply chain performance for clients such as National Grid, E.ON, BP, and Network Rail.
