Cosmopolitan Suites, Santorini, honoured by Small Luxury Hotels

Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) inspected Cosmopolitan Suites in Santorini in August 2011 whereby the property earned a 98% rating. The beautiful property earned rave reviews from the anonymous guest which just goes to show Cosmopolitan Suite’s excellence amongst its peers in the hotel industry.

Online PR News – 14-October-2011 – – Cosmopolitan Suites in Fira, in the heart of Santorini is a jewel like boutique property with ten carefully appointed rooms and suites set on the edge of the Caldera. Its advantageous position is in fact twofold, as it provides spectacular views over the Caldera edge whilst being in the heart of cosmopolitan Fira. The smart accommodations take advantage of the above whilst seamlessly providing attentive services and a calming and serene environment to its guests.
In August of this year, the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, of which Cosmopolitan Suites is a member, sent a mystery inspector, a ‘real guest’ to review the hotel. The inspection process was entirely anonymous using a real guest to ascertain the property’s services, facilities and accommodations. Small Luxury Hotels of the World prefer to use their own customers in the quality control program in order for them to be directly involved in the process as well as to offer insight into how properties should be run. As to what this means for the hotels themselves; each and every guest could well be a potential inspector.
For Cosmopolitan Suites however, the high rating bodes extremely well. For the anonymous ‘guest’ the top 3 reasons to stay at the hotel were as follows: 1) The hotel’s excellent location, right in the heart of Fira, the cosmopolitan spot of Santorini 2) The property is a ‘superb boutique hotel’. 3) The attentive level of service which is efficient as well as welcoming.
Further comments included the amazing Caldera views, the well appointed and comfortable suites, the fact that all guests are given cell phones upon arrival and the ‘ever helpful and conscientious staff’.
