Spratt Endicott Shortlisted for Credit Excellence Award

Leading Banbury legal firm Spratt Endicott is celebrating after being shortlisted as a finalist for the Credit Excellence’s Legal and Enforcement Profession Award.

Online PR News – 29-September-2011 – – The Awards gala dinner will be held on 4th October at the Guoman Tower Hotel, London following CCR-interactive’s one-day Legal and Enforcement conference.

This practical business event aims to bring together senior delegates and sponsors to provide them with the knowledge needed to grow their companies within the UK and internationally, through supplier presentations and meetings.

Spratt Endicott is the only solicitors’ firm to receive recognition from CCR-interactive, the credit industry's largest event organisers, within this year’s category alongside the other two in-house legal team finalists. Spratt Endicott was shortlisted thanks to its Debt Recovery team’s outstanding success and sterling reputation amongst new and existing clients.

Spratt Endicott senior partner John Spratt comments: "Being shortlisted for this Award is a real honour. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service, from enquiry to results, and are proud to even be considered within this prestigious category. Being a finalist showcases Spratt Endicott as one of the best commercial recovery and debt enforcement teams in the UK and, with our consistently high success rate, we anticipate building upon this shortlisting with further awards successes. In addition, attending this event will allow us to meet like-minded individuals and share best practice, as well as raising some much-needed funds for charity.”

The Credit Excellence conference and gala dinner concludes in a charity auction, which raised almost £13,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital at last year’s event.
Spratt Endicott's Debt Recovery division has already enjoyed a successful year, being acknowledged within the recent Legal 500 results as an ‘excellent and experienced’ team providing impressive recovery services to a number of high street banks and clients within the retail and education sectors. Departmental head Martin Hughes was also recognised as having ‘invaluable’ experience.
