Symbius Medical is expanding its rehabilitation services to meet the growing demand for customers with physical disabilities in several locations. Trent will be responsible for creating a focused rehabilitation division within the home medical supplier, Symbius Medical that will specifically emphasize the importance of these services for customers in need of mobility related products.
McCallson’s entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong business values and commitment to his community led him to found his own consulting practice, Western Assistive Technology, which develops intelligent healthcare provider models to improve quality, access and rate of service to customers with severe physical disabilities. He also works with several universities as an educator to provide real world adaptive technology training to new medical professionals and he serves on the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Board of Directors.

McCallson brings 20-years of extensive experience in clinical assessment and design application of products for people with a wide range of physical disabilities.
Symbius Medical maintains a 25,000 square foot warehouse in Phoenix, AZ including a large inventory of loaner equipment that can be provided free of charge while a customer’s wheelchair is being built or repaired.
