Speaking at this occasion, the Head Chef at The Warren, Mr Alex Baits said “The new additions to our menu gives me the opportunity to showcase our unique blend of complex taste with the exquisite fresh quality ingredients that I am lucky enough to be able to source from the best gardens and estates in the world. The Warren already has an established reputation for fine dining and 2011 sees the launch and addition of some more delicious and mouth watering dishes to the exquisite menu. This addition reflects our commitment to innovation and also combines sophistication with simplicity”.
He further added, “With the renovation work completed, the conservatory has now been redecorated and has longer opening hours. Hot food is available from 12 noon till 2:30pm and freshly made sandwiches made to order are available until 5pm. Sunday lunch is also available 12.30 pm till 2:30pm”.
