Digital music distribution company Zimbalam joins forces with the Performing Rights Society to offer this fabulous prize to PRS members, together with a special winner’s ‘toolkit’, which will help them to maximise sales of their music online through marketing, promotion and publicity.
PRS – or the Performing Rights Society – combines the royalty collection specialists PRS and MCPS. They allow companies access to some of the world’s best music, and make sure that composers, songwriters and publishers receive the royalties that are due to them.

The digital distribution service from Zimbalam enables independent labels and recording artists to sell their music worldwide. Music can be sold through the major online stores and streaming services, including Amazon, Spotify and iTunes.
Artists retain full control of their material. They are able to generate UPC and ISRC codes, set their preferred release date and select the specific stores and territories that they would like their music to be distributed to.

This competition runs from 15 September to 3 October 2011. The cut-off point for the draw is midnight on 3rd October 2011. There are five prizes of a Zimbalam worldwide digital album distribution package on offer. Maximum of one prize per person. Entry is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents with the exception of employees (and their families) of PRS for Music, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions. Winners must be aged 18 or over. Winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes.
The winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by midnight on 3 October 2011.
