Rick Starkweather, a partner and the leader of ScottMadden’s regulatory practice, will lead the workshop, entitled “Rate Case 101: A Case Study,” on Thursday, September 22. The session will simulate the electric and gas utility regulatory process, provide some background on how utility rates are developed, and give the workshop attendees an opportunity to immediately apply some important rate case concepts.
