Canon reseller recruits new service talent
Online PR News – 21-September-2011 – – Canon reseller Citrus Digital has recruited two senior technicians further expanding their service offering in Devon and Cornwall. John Dewey and Mark Ball are very well respected within the industry and bring a wealth of knowledge to Citrus.
Both John and Mark moved from Canon UK in September where they were responsible for servicing and maintaining customers Canon copiers and printers to a high standard.
Before joining Canon, Mark worked on Nimrods and Phantoms for the RAF and John had spent several years working with other Canon dealers.
“Customers now have more choice when looking for a service provider for their equipment. All our staff are Canon trained and can offer fast and professional maintenance on the full range of equipment” Comments John Harding, joint Managing Director at Citrus.
The service agreements offered by Citrus include all parts and labour and will often be more competitive than existing contracts therefore reducing the total cost of ownership of the device over its lifetime.
