Keynoted by Vice President and housing czar Jejomar C. Binay, the three-day trade show with the theme “Real Estate Development, Property Tourism and Media: A Tripartite Collaboration for National Progress,” was packed with distinguished leaders and key experts in the real estate, property tourism and media community.
SOC Land President John Paul Reyes particularly expressed optimism over a report presented during the show’s forum leg by leading real estate service firm Jones Lang LaSalle. It confirmed the continued good prospects especially in its resort-themed development Anuva’s Alabang location, where a steady growth in capital values is expected to continue.
The report also cited several factors, which augur well for the industry at large.
