The Property Care Association (PCA), the trade body for the building preservation industry, launched the full colour quarterly magazine in spring 2009 and the fourth issue will be available in January 2010.

With a print run of 3,000 copies, Property Care magazine – published by Peterborough-based Gildenburgh - targets property industry specifiers including architects, legal and insurance professionals, local authority officers, property managers, surveyors and estate agents.

The PCA represents the UK’s structural waterproofing, damp control, timber preservation, structural repair and flood restoration sectors.
