Inova Solutions achieves interoperability with Aspect Unified IP
Online PR News – 25-August-2011 – Charlottesville, VA – Today Inova Solutions announced its powerful middleware product, Inova LightLink®, is compliant with Aspect® Unified IP® 6.6 and 7.0, Aspect’s next-generation unified contact center platform.
LightLink connects to databases, workforce management systems, outbound dialers, and automatic call distributors, such as Aspect Unified IP, to pull metrics and messages and prepare them for intelligent display on LED call center wallboards, LCD digital signage, custom web dashboards, and agent desktop applications.
