High-profile Michigan attorney opens new law firm
Online PR News – 23-July-2011 – – BIRMINGHAM, Mich., — Birmingham attorney H. Joel Newman has formed a new law firm that specializes in complex litigation and trials, including commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, attorney malpractice and stockbroker fraud. Mr. Newman was a founding shareholder of Hyman Lippitt, PC. He will remain in the former Hyman Lippitt office suite at 322 North Old Woodward in Birmingham.
Newman, a founding member and shareholder of Hyman Lippitt PC, has won multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, including the defense of an automotive company in a case brought by two major mobile home manufacturers seeking eight figure damages.
