Online PR News – 19-July-2011 – – Every online celebrity site and magazine mentions Kim Kardashian and her soon to be wedding almost daily. She's been working hard with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to get in perfect "wedding shape".
"We’re gearing up for the wedding date, which looks set to be late summer," reveals Gunnar Peterson, the man responsible for whipping the voluptuous star into the best shape of her life.
However Gunnar, who has been putting Kim through her paces with 60-minute body conditioning sessions, insists that he is not focused on helping her slim down and has no intention of altering her famous shape.
“I always work towards a higher level of fitness without compromising the aesthetic,” he says.
“I want to make sure Kim is strong and fit and able to handle the demands of her schedule. I don't even have a scale in my gym! Her shape is her! Why mess with female perfection?!”
Gunnar has previously trained Kim’s mother Kris and her brother and sister Rob and Kourtney, however he says that she has been the most dedicated to getting into shape.
“Kim is now working out twice a day,” he adds. “She comes to my studio in LA three to five times a week, for an hour at a time. Sometimes Kim goes to a boot camp in the mornings too.”
“She looks ‘poker faced’ when she trains, because she’s a hard worker. She doesn’t say much within the hour and she loves it when it’s over!”
Kim also preparing for her big wedding with dance lessons from Mark Ballas, but he refuses to take her money.
