Kylie, now 43 years of age, is still looking as hot as ever. Kylie sticks to the popular trend of a low carb, high protein diet, but with a twist she calls... the Montignac Diet. This diet has been around since the early 90's, uses the principle of eating carbs with a low glycemic index.
This is her diet secret to keep the pounds off and have a shapely body. This type of diet is low in carbohydrates but rich in protein and fat. Carbohydrates provide good benefits to the body; however there are two types of carbohydrates. The good carbs are foods such as whole wheat bread, veggies and fruits; on the other hand the carbohydrates-rich foods to avoid are sugar, potatoes and white bread.
So instead of using sugar, Kylie uses sweetener. She takes whole wheat bread instead of eating white rice or white bread. It is important to monitor the glycemic index , the faster the food breaks down the easier it is to be converted in glucose. The idea is to keep the Glycemic index high to keep the body trim and in perfect shape.
Kylie continues to top the Billboard charts and is currently holding the No. 2 position in the rankings with gross totals reported from the last three markets on the Australian leg of her Aphrodite World Tour.
