Online PR News – 12-June-2011 – – Clare College Conferencing is pleased to welcome the arrival of new catering manager Lee Corke.

Lee has a passion for all things culinary and has received much recognition for his commitment to high quality food and service. During his 22 years in catering for the RAF, Lee catered to the highest standard for various Royal functions, Richard Branson and Geoff Banks and was named Armed Forces Caterer of the Year in 2006.

Lee has designed some brand new,contemporary menus for Clare College. As well as providing delicious new choices including Radwinter estate venison and wood pigeon and satay infused tiger prawns, the new menus are a stunning example of locally sourced, fresh and thoughtfully chosen food. We are working with The Cambridge Food Co in particular, who source and promote goods that are produced in the Cambridgeshire area.

Sally Johnston, the conference manager at Clare College says “we are delighted to have Lee on the team and look forward to the exciting plans he has for our conference and function menus.”
