The product introduction includes the following subsystems:
• Fluid Distribution Header
• Field Station Module
• Calibration and Switching Module
• Fast Loop Module
• Sample Probe Module

Available through any Swagelok authorized sales and service center, the subsystems are offered with competitive lead times from order receipt to order ship.

And the Calibration and Switching Module has an integrated flow loop design for consistent delivery times across all streams. Standardized design can lead to improved installation, training, and maintenance at a facility. Because each Swagelok subsystem provides consistency in operation and performance, operations and maintenance technicians can be trained once and deploy that knowledge across an organization. Standardized builds mean that maintenance activity can be uniform and parts can be stocked accordingly, easing procurement and scheduling issues.

An Application Guide is available for each subsystem to help customers choose which system fits their particular application. The guides include materials of construction, dimensional information including weight and mounting holes, and complete ordering information. A thorough User’s Manual is included with each purchased system. The manuals include installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting information for the system, as well as individual component instruction and maintenance cards. This documentation is included with delivery and can be passed through upon integration into end products, such as analyzer sheds, as needed.
