Authors Anthony Majewski and Max team up with John Coleman Demers of the multi award nominated and winning, The Rusty Bucket Kids along with Emmy¬ģ nominated composer Craig Brandwynne to create ‚ÄúRead With Max‚ÄĚ original song ‚ÄúLook At Me Now.‚ÄĚ
Online PR News – 06-June-2011 – – If you are not familiar with Max, he is an award winning children‚Äôs book Author (Dog) of "Dogs Move Too! From Max's Point of View," ‚ÄúColor With Max! Activity and Coloring Book,‚ÄĚ and most recently ‚ÄúDogs Work Too! From Max‚Äôs Point of View.‚ÄĚ of the ‚ÄúRead With Max‚ÄĚ children‚Äôs book series.
Recently Max signed with the recording label, Center Sound Records, Inc. out of Raleigh, North Carolina. With his agreement, award winning and Emmy¬ģ nominated composer Craig Brandwynne teamed up with Max to write and compose original music about his adventures.
‚ÄúLook At Me Now‚ÄĚ, Max‚Äôs first song release, is inspired by the award winning childrens‚Äô book ‚ÄúDogs Work Too! From Max‚Äôs Point of View,‚ÄĚ a story about Leader Dogs for the Blind. As you listen to the song you discover, like Max‚Äôs books, the vocals are sung from a dog‚Äôs prospective. ‚ÄúLook At Me Now,‚ÄĚ shares that journey of a young puppy learning to become a leader for his owner.
Child Actor John Coleman Demers, age 10, from the multi award winning and three time Emmy¬ģ nominated The Rusty Bucket Kids television show was invited to perform the vocals for Max‚Äôs first song. ‚ÄúJohn Coleman‚Äôs vocals match as if he were that young puppy learning how to lead. Also, John Coleman‚Äôs vocals are very similar to what you may hear from members of the Vienna Boys' Choir‚ÄĚ, says co-author/publisher Anthony M.T. Majewski. ‚ÄúWhen you listen to the words of the song, hear the innocence in John Coleman‚Äôs voice, it is so heartfelt, and can often in a good way bring a tear to your eye,‚ÄĚ says Majewski, ‚ÄúEspecially if you have raised a pet, know someone who is blind, or just enjoy music.‚ÄĚ
‚ÄúLook At Me Now‚ÄĚ is now available as a pre-release limited edition numbered CD set. It will be autographed by John Coleman Demers and Paw-o-graphed by Max. Also the set will include the sheet music with lyric‚Äôs autographed by composer Craig Brandwynne. Those that pre-order will also be the first to receive a digital copy of the song prior to it arriving in the mail. Official Release of ‚ÄúLook At Me Now‚ÄĚ song is schedule for early July. The Rusty Bucket Band is a part of The Rusty Bucket Kids TV Show, and will also perform the song at the 32nd annual Festival for the Eno.
Authors, the record label, Center Sound Records, and the recording artist John Coleman Demers, have agreed that a portion of the proceeds from the sales of ‚ÄúRead With Max‚ÄĚ original music as well the ‚ÄúLook At Me Now‚ÄĚ song will be donated to Leader Dogs for the Blind.
