LeadMasterâ€™s Outlook Integration module, a separately installed application,synchronizes a userâ€™s Outlook email with a specific record in the LeadMaster database. The application adds a â€śSend & Logâ€ť or simply â€śLogâ€ť button to the various email views in Outlook, allowing users to combine their data from Outlook and LeadMaster. This minimizes the need for extra mouse clicks, saving time and simplifying the logging processes.
Each selected email that is logged into the LeadMaster system is associated with a specific record in the userâ€™s database; however, if an email address is not linked to a specific LeadMaster contact, then it is placed in the userâ€™s â€śFile Cabinet.â€ť This placement allows the userto file manually, ensuring proper placement of all valuable data.
The Outlook integration also offers Outlook calendar synchronization, in which all activities are stored bi-directionally in both Outlook and LeadMaster. LeadMasterâ€™s built-in scheduling system can be configured to alert users to important callbacks, appointments and demonstrations, improving productivity and reducing both double entry errors and missed opportunities.
