Property Consortium Group has extended its South West headquarters to accommodate the businessâ€™s continued expansion.
Online PR News – 02-June-2011 – – The nationwide property repair companyâ€™s successful handling of surge claims in the bad weather of 2010 and 2009, has led to an increase in business from insurance clients.
To accommodate the growth, Property Consortium Group â€“ which currently operates across 13,000 square feet of office space - has extended into buildings adjacent to its Taunton headquarters, increasing the floor space by more than 50 per cent.
The new space covers 7,000 square feet. The deal also has the option to expand into a further 4,000 square feet in the future.
Jeremy Hyams, CEO of the Property Consortium Group says the expansion will give the company space to grow, and develop enhanced facilities for the 100 staff on site.
The property will be used for office space to enable the company to expand in line with its current business plan.
It will also include a surge room equipped with 40 empty work stations and a training and development class room, as well as enhanced welfare facilities for the staff including a fully fitted gym.
