Company Raises Hourly Wage Rate from $9.00 to $12.50

This represents more than a 38% increase in salary and will allow entry-level employees to earn up to $26,000 per year as a full-time employee.

Speaking about today’s announcement, Chief Executive Officer Frank Kelly reiterated his company’s continued commitment to growing its operations in Oil City. “We’re very excited about this new initiative,” said Mr. Kelly. “At a time when many companies are laying off employees, we continue to hire and grow. TRG Customer Solutions set up its contact center in Oil City in 1997.
